Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in processing times. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
Standard Shipping: 10-12 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. The email will include tracking information. You can track your order using the provided link.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to international. At this time, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Lost or Damaged Items:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once the order has been shipped. Please contact the carrier directly if your package is lost or damaged. However, if your order is received in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
